  48 hours or less prior to the flight date: no refunds.

In case of cancellation or modification of group bookings (a group consists of 4 or more people in the same booking):

• Up to 7 days before the flight date: no cancellation fee.
  7 days or less prior to the flight date: no refunds.

• Flights take place in the morning, usually around 6:30 am. You will be informed of the exact time of the appointment the evening before the flight.
