My wife and I stayed for several days in Assisi, and we took this tour with Andrea B shortly after we arrived. It was an excellent orientation to the city, its history, and the two main religious figures, Saints Francis and Clare. Our guide was very well prepared, and did a great job of setting the people and the places into the historical context.
